Apple has just seeded developers with iOS 7.1 beta 3 and it brings some notably changes including new iPhone call screens.
The buttons to make call, accept call, decline call, and end call are now rounded. Additionally, the Remind Me and Message buttons presented when receiving a call are now smaller icons.

Tweaked Keyboard Design
Heavier contrast. The delete and shift keys have different highlights too.
New Power Off UI
Darker Icons
Apple’s green icons (Messages, Phone, FaceTime) have been made a little darker.
New Buttons In Music App
“Reduce White Point” In Accessibility
The setting makes the general whiteness of iOS 7 a little duller.
