Logz.io continues to be recognized as a standout observability platform, this time being named by the Constellation Shortlist for Observability.
Logz.io—provider of the Open 360™ platform for essential observability—was among 14 vendors selected after a review of more than 50 solutions based on client inquiries, partner conversations, customer references, vendor selection projects, market share and other internal research.
The Constellation honor comes on the heels of Logz.io being awarded the 2023 CloudX Award for Cloud Monitoring and Observability earlier this month. We stood out based on technical innovation, attracting notable attention and awareness in the cloud computing industry, and general regard and use by the cloud and IT ecosystem and communities.
The following criteria were considered to make the Constellation Shortlist:
- Telemetry variety—support for logs, metrics, traces, and events
- Ease of instrumentation
- Integration with major AIOps, DevOps, and incident management platforms
- Ability to observe multi-cloud solutions—such as AWS, GCP, Azure, and so on
- Ability to observe hybrid solutions—such as in the cloud and on-premises
- Full-stack observability—ability to observe the entire software stack
- Data aggregation capability
- Ability to ingest open-source telemetry—such as Prometheus, Jaeger, Fluentd, and so on
We’re honored that Constellation Research selected Logz.io as a disruptive technology that can help the early adopters and fast-follower organizations they advise achieve business model transformation and streamline business processes.
“Constellation’s 6000+ buyers have begun a rationalization and optimization process for their investments. CXO’s are consolidating capabilities and reducing the number of vendors they work with,” said R “Ray” Wang, chairman and founder at Constellation Research. “As they move to core platforms, they are also seeking the best of breed solutions that bring unique business capabilities to market for their business. This year’s shortlists take into account this shift and identify which solutions truly stand out.”
Awards are great, but the credit here really should go to the Logz.io community. They’ve helped us refine the platform in important ways that directly address the needs of organizations scaling their observability practices.
These recognitions affirm that our path to efficient, essential observability is meeting and exceeding the needs of our customers, and we’re only going to get better!
