EA has announced that The Sims 4 is now available for Mac. The OS X version of the game was originally supposed to launch in 2014.
When you purchase any edition of The Sims 4, you gain access to both the PC and Mac versions. If you already own The Sims 4 for PC or just purchased the packaged PC-only version of The Sims 4, you can access the Mac version through Origin. Please note that The Sims 4 for Mac is a digital-only release. At this time, the installation discs found in all packaged editions of The Sims 4 are not Mac compatible. New players who purchase a packaged PC-only version of The Sims 4 will still be able to redeem the code in the box to access the Mac version through Origin.
Those who have already purchased the PC version of the game also have access to the Mac version.

● PROCESSOR: Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4Ghz Processor or better
● VIDEO CARD: NVIDIA GeForce 320M, 9600M, 9400M,ATI Radeon HD 2600 Pro or better. Video RAM of 256MB or better.
● MEMORY: 4GB RAM
● HARD DRIVE: 10 GB of Hard Drive space
● INPUT: Keyboard and Mouse
The Sims 4 Digital Deluxe can be purchased for $46.66 and the standard version is $39.99.
