Apple has just released iOS 7.1 beta 4 to developers for download. The update is available OTA at 112MB build number 11D5134c. Apple has also posted Apple TV software beta 4 and Xcode 5.1 beta 4. Both Samsung and Apple saw growth in Q4 2013 when comparing to Q4 2012 data, research firm NDP announced today.
