iPhone 6S & iPhone 6S Plus Water Test! Waterproof and Confirmed by Apple

Zach Straley decided to test the water resistance of the new iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus.

He put both devices underwater for an hour. Surprisingly, they survived just fine. 1derthere decided to ask Apple itself after watching Zach Straley’s YouTube video and he get confirmation from Apple “iPhone 6S will work properly if it has been submerged in water for up to an hour.”

Apple’s new iPhone 6s and 6s Plus seem very water resistant!

After reading the 9to5mac article that claimed that the iPhone 6S and 6S Plus are waterproof as per Zach Straley’s YouTube video, I decided to ask Apple itself. At first the rep didn’t know about it but after a few minutes of research she came back the the “iPhone 6S will work properly if it has been submerged in water for up to an hour.”
